This session will be focused on walking with purpose! Not a sniffari for exploring, but a walk to practice gaining distance without losing momentum from distractions.

We will meet at the Neuse River Trail - Capital Area Greenway parking lot, 6008 Mial Plantation Road, Raleigh, NC 27610, for a warm-up before hitting the beautiful trail!
